Nicolás has extensive experience of nearly 15 years in the tax and corporate world, providing his clients with dynamism and sophistication to meet their objectives and needs. He has specialized in tax advisory for a wide range of businesses and industries, serving both national and foreign companies, including local and international tax matters, corporate reorganizations, application of international treaties, real estate and investment projects, capital markets, among others. He has also focused his practice on tax consulting for family businesses and individuals, non-profit institutions, as well as audits and administrative procedures before the tax authority and litigation before the Tax and Customs Courts.
He is a professor of Tax Law at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and in the Master's program in Tax Management at the Adolfo Ibáñez University. Previously, he worked as a tax lawyer at Ernst & Young (2011-2013), senior associate in the tax team at Barros y Errázuriz Abogados (2013-2021), and as a partner in the tax area at MBC Abogados (2021-2023).
