Javiera has extensive experience in the tax and corporate field, providing comprehensive advice to national and international clients. Her practice focuses on tax advisory, corporate reorganizations, tax consulting for family businesses and individuals, and advising on transactions with both local and international tax structures. She also has experience in managing administrative procedures before the tax authority.
Currently, she is a teaching assistant in Tax Law at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Previously, she also served as a teaching assistant in Commercial Law at the same university and at Adolfo Ibáñez University.
Before that, she worked as an associate in the tax area at MBC Abogados (2021-2024), and completed internships in the corporate area at Eyzaguirre y Compañía (2019) and at Colbún S.A. (2019).
