Javiera has extensive experience in real estate matters, highlighted by her knowledge in Real Estate Law, Construction Law, and Urban Law, where she has participated in the development of real estate projects at various stages—evaluation, planning, development, financing, and subsequent marketing—whether industrial, commercial, or residential, both urban and rural. She also has knowledge in environmental law and natural resources, advising clients on the development of energy projects, as well as on general matters related to various types of plants (industrial, aquaculture, food, among others).
